Signing Up
New wholesalers may sign up to access our wholesaler section by clicking on the "SIGN UP NOW" link on the front page. After filling out and submitting the form, you will receive an e-mail once your account has been approved and you will be able to access the site by signing in using your username and password from the front page. |

Wholesaler Payments
All website purchases of Alltel, Boost or Airtime Products must be prepaid. Wholesalers must have a positive balance on account with Celltech in order to process any transaction. Wholesaler Payments can be made directly at the Celltech main office, 4611 Warrensville Center Road, North Randall, Ohio 44128, (216) 587-2000, email: ziad@celltechs.net. Celltech also provides a number of other payment methods, please contact us for specific details and to make arrangements. All wholesaler payments will be viewable on the Alltel, Boost and Airtime reports. The available balance that may be used for purchases is always the combined balances of Alltel, Boost and Airtime. This available balance will always be displayed on the wholesaler area front page when logged in, as well as broken down by Alltel, Boost and Airtime. Adding Salespeople
In order to process Boost transactions, you must click on the Add Salesperson link in the Boost area of the Wholesalers page and create at least one salesperson. The same process must be completed for the Alltel area. You must also add at least one (1) salesperson to the Boost area if you will be purchasing Airtime products as well. |

Alltel and Boost Inquiry
Wholesalers may inquire on the current account balance of any Alltel or Boost prepaid phone number. Enter the phone number without any spaces or dashes (e.g. 2161234567) in the box labeled "Alltel Phone Number". Then click on the button labeled "Alltel Account Inquire" and you will then retrieve and display the account balance. |

Alltel and Boost Recharge
Wholesalers may recharge any Alltel or Boost prepaid phone number. Enter the phone number without any spaces or dashes (e.g. 2161234567) in the box labeled "Alltel Phone Number". Enter the amount to load in whole dollars (e.g. 20) with no cents or decimal. Then click on the button labeled "LOAD" and the system will process the recharge and return a successful or unsuccesful response on the result of the transaction. |

Alltel and Boost Report
Wholesalers may generate a report of Alltel and Boost activity. This report will show your running balance and any recharges or wholesaler payments you have made to your account. Clicking on the Select Date links below the Start and End Date will allow you to change the date range for the report. By default, the system automatically generates a report for the last ten (10) days. After selecting your dates if necessary, click on the Alltel or Boost Report button to display your report. |

Purchasing Airtime Products
After logging in to the wholesaler section, wholesalers may click on the Airtime link on the top of the web page to view the airtime products available. To purchase an airtime product, simply click on the logo of the product desired, and you will be taken to the confirmation screen. On the confirmation screen, select the desired amount, and the salesperson and then click the Confirm button. The system will process the transaction and return a successful or unsuccessful response, as well as the PIN number if the transaction was successful. |

Report on Airtime Products
After logging in to the wholesaler section, wholesalers may click on the Airtime link on the top of the web page to view the airtime products available. At the top of the list of airtime products, wholesalers will see an Airtime Report button to generate a report of Airtime Product activity. This report will show your running balance and any purchases or wholesaler payments you have made to your account.
